Reservations, arrival, underground galleries and immersive activities—four different decisions.
A museum visit is not an activity ticket
General admission, guiding and immersive activities are separate arrangements. A guiding reservation does not automatically reserve museum admission. An evening interactive activity should not be assumed to include the daytime galleries. Tell our team which experience you want, on what date and for how many people.
Arrival: confirm the entrance and legal parking
Our field note uses the south entrance as the arrival point and describes a taxi connection from Erqiao Road station on Metro Line 2. Journey times and fares are estimates, not promises. Use signed legal parking and a permitted pickup point; the archived map is an orientation aid, not permission to park beside the road.
Reserve using the document you will travel with
Check the museum’s current official reservation channel. Older posts mention a three-day window, midnight releases and age concessions; this page does not certify those as current rules. International visitors should check passport support, exact name spelling and child registration. We can help clarify the process, but cannot bypass reservations or guarantee places.
Choose interpretation or an interactive experience
For tomb architecture, murals and historical context, prioritise museum interpretation. For role-play, costumes or puzzles, ask for the exact activity inclusions. “Daytime” and “evening” are not complete product descriptions. Tell us about stairs, walking tolerance and comfort in enclosed underground spaces so the visit can be paced appropriately.
What to include in your enquiry
Include your date, adult and child numbers, preferred language, museum or immersive experience, pickup area and transfer needs. Archived promotions are not a current quote. Guiding, admission, activity tickets and transport will be itemised separately before you agree to the arrangement.
